You wish to find the detail of one of your trips ?

You have an account :

Connect yourself to your customer area and go to the « My trip » section. You will find there the history and detail of your past and future trips.

You don’t have an account :

Click on the link « My trips » in the top right menu and select the « I don’t have an account » option. Enter your email and order number (your order number can be found in the order confirmation email sent after the validation of your order at the email adress you gave).

edit  MODIFY AND/OR CANCEL YOUR TRIPS DIRECTLY ONLINE 

Go to the « My trips » section in the top right menu.

Warning : the modification and cancellation can only be made online. Please ensure you check the modification/cancellation conditions of your trip.

24 hours before your trip for G7 rides' or 5 hours for WeCab rides', you will receive a pre-trip email with all the informations necessary to your trip. - Check that the informations of you trip are correct. - Check that the contact information of the passenger are correct. They are essential to contact the passenger the day of the trip.

avion  FROM A STATION OR AIRPORT

Your chauffeur will show at the appointed hour at the meeting point selected during your order. These informations are summed up in your pre-trip email. What happens if my train/plain is late ? Travel relaxed, you can add extra -waiting to your cab (15-45 minutes).

pin  FROM A CHOSEN LOCATION 

Your chauffeur will show at the appointed hour at the meeting point selected during your order. You will be informed by text of the arrival of your cab. Your cab wait for 15 minutes after its arrival (may be more if you picked an extra-waiting service).

wecab SPECIFICITY OF THE SHARED TAXI

From Paris and the parisian suburbs To be able to regroup you with other passengers, your cab may show up to 30 min before the time you wished. You will be informed by text of the arrival of your cab. Attention votre chauffeur vous attend 5 minutes maximum. You may then be brought to go pick up other passengers in the limit of 2 stops maximum and a detour of 30 minutes maximum in the limit of 6 passagers in total. From a rail station or airport Once you retrieved your luggage you have to activate your ride by phone at the number given in your pre-trip email. You will then receive a text with the information on the meeting point and the arrival time of your cab. Your cab will arrive in 30 minutes maximum.
